Connect the tools you already use.

Ask your AI about the week’s trade. Keep customer details in Salesforce. Share tips through TiPJAR. Give the information in Tillable somewhere useful to go.

A connection with
a job to do.

Each one works with a different part of your business. Here’s what it shares, where it goes and what stays in your hands.

ClaudeChatGPT

Ask about your trade.
Get into the detail.

Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Tillable reports. Compare Saturdays, find your bestsellers or see when the shop gets busy, in the conversation you’re already having.

These connectors read reports. They don’t change your menus, prices, bills or payments.

“What sold best at lunchtime this week?”

A question you could ask using your Tillable reports.

Keep your customer list
up to date.

Send customer details, visits and spend from Tillable to Salesforce Contacts. Run a sync yourself, or let the daily sync pick up changed customers.

Your Salesforce admin completes the setup. This connection sends records to Salesforce; changes there don’t come back into Tillable.

TiPJAR

The bill is yours.
The tip is theirs.

Your customer pays the bill and leaves a tip in the same payment. The sale goes to your business; TiPJAR receives the tip for your team.

TiPJAR manages sharing and staff accounts. Your team can check their tips and request a withdrawal through TiPJAR.

Coming soon

You’ll be able to use AI to help build integrations between Tillable and your other software. Start with a job you repeat today, then describe what needs to move and where it should go.

Here are some ideas for the brief you could give it.

“Put each day’s sales into the spreadsheet my accountant uses. Keep refunds and tips in separate columns.”

A daily handover, arranged the way your accountant needs it.

Illustrative briefs for a coming-soon capability. These are not ready-made integrations.

Start with the job
you do twice.

The best brief begins with the work. A clear example helps you decide what an integration should do before you build it.

  1. Name both ends.

Which records in Tillable does your other tool need? Be specific about the software and the information.

  2. Describe when it happens.

At the end of the day, when a customer is added or when stock changes. Say what should start the job.

  3. Know what a correct result looks like.

Choose a few records you can check by hand. Include what should happen if a record already exists.

Before you
connect.

Which connections are covered here?

Claude and ChatGPT read Tillable reports, Salesforce receives customer records, and TiPJAR handles tips for your team. Each connection has its own setup and scope. The examples for AI-assisted custom integrations are future ideas, not additional ready-made connectors.

Can Claude or ChatGPT change my prices or take payments?

No. The reporting connectors described here read reports. They cannot change menus, prices, bills or payments. Building your own integration with AI is a separate capability that is coming soon.

Does Salesforce send changes back to Tillable?

No. The current connection sends Tillable customer records to Salesforce Contacts. Changes made in Salesforce do not travel back to Tillable. A Salesforce admin needs to complete the setup.

Can I build an integration with AI today?

AI-assisted integration building is coming soon. It will let you use AI to help build a connection for your own workflow. The example briefs on this page illustrate the idea; supported tools, access requirements and setup details have not been published yet.

What about accounting software?

Accounting connections are planned. We are not listing named accounting providers as supported yet. The accounts example above describes a possible custom integration, not a connection you can switch on today.
