Recognise them at the till.

Add the customer to the sale before taking payment. Tillable records the points once the sale is complete.

  1. Scan their member code

Use the code on their phone to find the member and add them to the sale.

  2. Take the payment

Ring through the items and take payment in Tillable. The customer stays attached to the sale.

  3. Tillable adds the points

The completed sale earns points under your programme’s rules. Their loyalty activity stays with their customer record.

Decide what points are worth.

Create money-off rewards and choose the points cost. With Gift Cards enabled, customers can claim them from their member page.

Set the reward

Choose the money-off amount and the points needed to claim it. Give the reward a name your customers will recognise.

Questions and answers.

Can I use points and membership tiers?

Yes. Choose points, tiers or a programme that uses both. For points, you set how many a customer earns for each £1 spent.

How do customers join?

Customers scan your programme’s QR code or open its enrolment link. They enter their name and email address, then verify their email.

When are points added to a customer’s account?

Attach the member to the sale before taking payment. Points are recorded after the sale is complete, using your programme’s earning rules.

What rewards can I offer?

Create money-off rewards with a points cost you choose. You can also set redemption limits. With Gift Cards enabled, customers can claim rewards from their member page.

Do I need Gift Cards to offer rewards?

Rewards claimed from a member’s phone are issued as gift cards, so Gift Cards must be enabled. Direct points redemption at the till is a separate option. We’ll confirm which options are enabled for your setup.
