Are these prices per business or per site?
Software plans and paid products are charged per site, per month. Hardware prices are one-off purchases for each item. All prices exclude VAT.
What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise includes all paid software products, unlimited sites and apps, CRM sync and a named account manager. Hardware purchases and payment processing fees are separate.
Can I add a paid product to Free?
Yes. Bookings, kitchen display, Tillable Terminal and Loyalty can be added to any plan. Inventory requires Plus. All these paid products are included in Enterprise.
Do card fees change with the software plan?
The published card fees are the same on every plan: 1.4% + 10p in person, and 2.4% + 20p for online, phone, payment links and invoice payments. Businesses taking more than £200,000 a year can ask about a custom rate.
Does Plus include Time & Attendance?
Yes. Staff Rota and Time & Attendance are included in Plus, covering planned shifts, clock-in and timesheets.
