Know who’s coming back.

Find their last order, keep the details they’ve shared and leave useful notes for the next person serving them. Customer CRM is live with selected businesses.

Find what they ordered last time.

Open a customer’s record to see linked orders, total spend and most-bought items. When someone asks for the same again, you have the order to check.

Keep the details worth remembering.

A name and an email only tell you so much. Add notes and your own fields for the things your team needs to know.

Leave a useful note

Write down what a customer tells you. The next colleague can read it on their profile.

Add your own fields

Keep a birthday, a preference or another detail your business needs. Choose text, dates, numbers or a list of answers.

Use the same tags

Create a tag list for your team to choose from. Everyone uses the same names when they organise customer records.

Find the person. Or find the regulars.

Search by name, email or phone. For a wider view, filter your list by tag or how often someone has ordered.

From new to regular

See New, Returning, Regular and VIP groups, based on the number of orders linked to each person.

Choose how you read the list

Sort by Last seen, spend, order count or name. Filter by a tag to work with a particular group.

A booking, an order, a gift. Still the same customer.

Tillable creates customer records from bookings, QR orders and click and collect. Those details give your team somewhere to start next time.

Orders they’ve placed

Read recent orders on the customer profile, with the date, payment method and amount. See what they buy most often.

Explore Point of Sale

A table they’ve booked

Bookings appear on the profile when the email matches. Check the date, party size and booking status without a separate search.

Gift cards on their record

Gift cards with the same email appear alongside their details, with the card’s status and value.

Your customer list can come too.

Import names, email addresses and phone numbers from a CSV. Match the columns and check the preview before adding anyone.

Check before you import

Choose the columns that hold each detail. The preview shows how your records will arrive in Tillable.

Keep existing records intact

A matching name, email and phone leaves the existing customer unchanged. Add notes, tags and custom fields from their profile afterwards.

Give them a reason to come back.

Take the next booking, offer a reward or sell a gift card. Each has its own place in Tillable.

Questions and answers.

Is Customer CRM available now?

Customer CRM is live with selected businesses. Contact us about access for your account. The full CRM is not enabled on every account by default.

Where do customer records come from?

Bookings, QR orders and click and collect create customer records. You can also add someone by hand or import a CSV when CRM is enabled.

Can I import my existing customer list?

Yes. Import a CSV containing names, email addresses and phone numbers. Map your columns and check the preview first. Notes, tags, custom fields and purchase history are not included in the CSV import.

How do bookings and gift cards link to a customer?

They match the email on the customer’s record. Add an email to the profile to see bookings and gift cards recorded under that address.

Is Loyalty included with CRM?

Loyalty is a separate product. With both enabled, a customer’s profile shows their loyalty membership and points alongside their CRM details.

Does CRM send marketing campaigns?

The customer profile shows recorded marketing consent. It is not a campaign sender. Talk to us about connecting your marketing tools before planning email or SMS campaigns.
