Lunch on the way back to work. A purchase picked up on the way home. Let customers choose before they reach your counter.

Put your menu to work online.

Use your logo and colours on the ordering page. Share the link on your website, or give customers a QR code to scan.

Only what you want to sell

Pick the menus available for collection. Keep your full catalogue in Tillable without putting every item on the collection page.

Give yourself time to get it ready.

Customers choose a same-day pickup time. You set the gap between collection slots, the notice you need and when to stop accepting orders.

Time to prepare

Set how much notice you need before collection, whether you’re packing a purchase or cooking an order.

A cutoff before closing

Stop new collection orders before you shut. Set the cutoff to leave enough time for the last ones.

Pause when you need to

Pause ordering while customers can still browse the menu. Turn it back on when your team is ready.

See what’s coming to the counter.

Collection orders appear in your collection diary, arranged by pickup time. See pickup times and order notes, then open the order on the till to check the items.

  1. Your customer orders

They choose their items, select a collection time and leave their details for the handover.

  2. Your team prepares it

The order reaches your Tillable till and kitchen workflow. Staff can work from the order without copying it from a separate inbox.

  3. They collect from you

Find the order when they arrive and hand it over. If payment is due, take it at the till.

Choose when they pay.

Take payment online when the customer orders, or at the counter when they collect. Choose the payment arrangement that suits your service.

Paid before preparation

With online payment enabled, the order reaches the kitchen after payment succeeds. This uses your Tillable online-payments account.

Paid at the counter

Let customers place their order from their phone and pay when they arrive. Your team takes the payment at collection.

Each location keeps its own hours.

Give each collection point its own ordering page and web address. Set the opening hours for that location, so customers order from the right place.

One shop or several

Manage collection by location in Tillable. A café closing early does not need to share another site’s ordering hours.

Food, retail or both

A takeaway leaves the kitchen. A shop order leaves the counter. The customer still chooses online and comes to you to collect.

Collection is part of the day’s trade.
