The room you know. On the till.

Lay out your tables as they are in the room. Your team uses that same plan to take orders and return to open bills.

Floor-plan features are live with selected venues.

Put every table in its place.

Move tables into position, set their shape and covers, then add the walls, doors and bar.

Size and angle

Make each table round or square. Adjust its size and rotation to match the room.

Rows that line up

Alignment guides appear as you move tables. Select several to move a row together.

Room to change your mind

Undo a move or an edit without starting again. Your changes save as you work.

Tap the table. Pick up the bill.

Tap a free table and enter the covers to start an order. Tap an occupied table to return to its bill.

Keep the order with the table

Return to the table when guests order another round or ask to pay.

A change of seats

Move a party to another table when their plans change. Choose the destination on the floor plan.

The rest of the team can see

Table changes reach the other connected tills using that plan.

See where each table is in service.

Choose your service stages and colours. With Board view enabled in your device settings, follow progress on the floor or see each table’s stage in a list.

Progress from the till

Stages can follow signals from the till, such as the first order being taken or the bill being requested.

Your team can step in

Staff can mark a stage themselves. This updates the service view; it doesn’t fire food or change the bill.

Dining room. Upstairs. Outside.

Give each space its own plan and use the names your team knows. Keep the plans grouped by site.

Name your areas

Group tables by the area they belong to. Create numbered tables together instead of adding them one at a time.

Rename a set of tables

Set the shared prefix once, then change the part that differs. Duplicate names are caught before saving.

Copy a plan

Reuse a layout with its table positions, sizes and cover counts. Rename the copied tables when prompted.

Bring the plan you already have.

Start with a photo, sketch or PDF. Tillable reads it into a draft layout for you to check.

  1. Upload your drawing

Use an image or PDF of the room you want to set up.

  2. Check the tables and covers

Review the areas, tables and cover counts in the proposed layout.

  3. Save when it matches the room

Nothing is saved until you have reviewed it.

Set up for the people using it.

Choose which tills open on the floor plan. Keep a counter till and a table-service till working differently in the same room.

Each waiter’s own section

With staff permissions enforced, waiters see the tables in their assigned sections.

Still there if the internet drops

The till keeps its saved plan, even after a restart. Changes need a connection to reach the other tills.

Keep the room connected to service.

Use your floor plan alongside bookings, table orders and the permissions your staff work with.

Questions and answers.

Can I import an existing floor plan?

Yes. Start from a photo, sketch or PDF. Review the proposed tables, areas and covers before saving the plan.

Can I use separate plans for different sites?

Yes. Plans are grouped by location. Each site can have separate plans for its rooms, floors and terrace.

Can I choose the table colours and stages?

Yes. Name the stages your team uses and choose their colours in table journey settings. Enable Board view in the device’s mode settings to see each table’s progress in a list.

Does changing a stage send food to the kitchen?

No. Table stages show where guests are in service. Changing a stage does not fire food or change the bill.

What works when the internet drops?

The till still shows its saved plan, even after a restart. New table changes need a connection to reach other tills.
