Build your floor plan once and use it across your tills.
Selected businesses can place tables on a grid with guides to line them up.
Drag tables onto the grid. They snap into position, with red guides showing when they line up with neighbouring tables.
Name each table, set 1 to 200 covers and choose a round or square shape. Drag the handles or enter its size and whole-degree rotation.
Add counters, bars, stools, walls, doors and decor to match the room. They appear on the till, but staff cannot attach orders to them.
Hold Cmd or Shift while selecting tables, then move them together. Each table keeps its position within the group.
Moves, resizes, rotations and table edits all step back with Cmd+Z, and a group move undoes in one go.
Moves and resizes save when you finish them. Typed edits save a fraction of a second after you stop. A failed save shows an error.
Group tables into named areas and create a separate plan for each room.
Create plans for each floor, room, bar or terrace. Put them in the order your staff use during service.
Name areas to match your space, such as Bar, Dining room or Terrace. Generate up to 100 tables for an area, numbered with its name.
Rename a whole area's tables from one screen: set the shared prefix once and type only the part that differs. Duplicate names are caught before you save.
Copy a whole plan and every table keeps its exact position, size, shape, rotation and cover count. You are prompted to rename the copies straight away.
Plans are grouped by location. Drag a plan between sites when you need to move it.
Photograph the plan you already have and let Tillable draw it up for you.
Tillable checks the layout and spaces tables into rows and columns. Review the areas and table counts it found before saving.
Upload a photo, sketch or PDF up to 12 MB. Tillable creates a draft layout with areas, tables and cover counts for you to review.
Your staff open the room you drew and tap a table to serve it.
Tables with an open order turn green. Free tables stay white.
Tap a free table and enter the covers to open the menu. Tap an occupied table to return to its bill.
Seat a table or close a bill and every other till showing that plan catches up in about half a second.
The till keeps showing its saved floor plan if the internet drops, even after a restart.
Choose which devices open on the floor plan. Set up counter tills and table-service tills differently in the same business.
With staff logins switched on, a waiter sees only the tables in the areas they are assigned to.
Use your floor plan alongside bookings, table orders and the permissions your staff work with.

No. Table stages show where guests are in service. Changing a stage does not fire food or change the bill.
The till still shows its saved plan, even after a restart. New table changes need a connection to reach other tills.

Show us the rooms you serve. We’ll walk through the setup with you, from placing the tables to using the plan on the till.
