The handheld can take card payments over a working mobile connection when Wi-Fi is unavailable. Card payments still need an internet connection.
If an approved payment’s sales record cannot upload, it stays on the device. Uploads retry with the same payment reference.
When the reader does not return a clear payment result, Tillable flags it for review. It does not assume the payment succeeded.
